FOREX: Ringgit Stronger Against U.S. Dollar At Close
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 23 (Bernama) -- The ringgit ended firmer against the U.S. dollar today as investors continued to be concerned over the U.S. economic outlook and remained on the sidelines, a dealer said.
